George P. Galphin, Jr., MAI is the President and owner of Chattahoochee Valuation Group, LLC and has been active in commercial real estate since 1988 and has worked in the appraisal field since 1991. Mr. Galphin has extensive experience in a variety of property types with a broad range of clients. His specialties include multi-tenant properties, property portfolios, timberland, expert testimony, litigation support and mitigation banks. Mr. Galphin holds the MAI designation awarded by the Appraisal Institute and has Certified General licenses in Georgia and Tennessee. Mr. Galphin graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Real Estate.
